ode to the weekend

Why does the weekend always go by so fast? :(

Is it bad that I wish I could retire at 25?

I'm not sure if it signifies I've lost all ambition to do something good in the world... or just that I wish I didn't have to work so that could have all the free time in the world to do something good.

Something tells me it's the first one...

Maybe it's just one of those days.

Something also tells me it's going to be really hard to get out of bed tomorrow morning at 6:45.

Do you really think it's true that no two snowflakes are alike? I know that's a lovely idea and it somehow makes people feel special when they associate this theory with humankind, but I don't think it's realistic.. it's like saying no two raindrops are exactly the same, but why COULDN'T they be the same? I'm no scientist so correct me if I'm wrong, but there isn't anything extraordinary about water to make the variables of its consistency different from one to the next. It's really only about the size. And I bet you anything there are two raindrops somewhere that fell with identical volumes. And I bet there are two identical snowflakes somewhere that fluttered to the earth as well.
